Old
Rome is an eighteenth century farmhouse set in twelve acres
of unspoilt Ayrshire countryside. The house has been sympathetically
upgraded to provide all modern comforts whilst retaining the
authenticity of a traditional Scottish farmhouse. Old Rome’s
picturesque setting is further enhanced by its surrounding
courtyard and gardens.
Accommodation
comprises two twin and one family room. All rooms have spacious
en-suite facilities – the twin rooms
have showers and the family room has a bath with a shower.
Tea and coffee making facilities together with
a hair dryer and radio are provided in each room. A cosy TV
lounge with wood-burning stove offers our guests a comfortable
place to relax and unwind during their stay.
