We ask for a deposit of £100 for each week booked with the remaining balance payable one month prior to arrival. We prefer to be paid via internet banking and full payment details will be sent to you at the time of booking. Other methods of payment may be by UK cheque (made payable to Old Rome Properties) or through PayPal
Please note that a £150 security deposit is required for each booking. It can be paid by cash on arrival (£’s only) or by bank transfer one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay provided the cottage is left clean and tidy and subject to any deduction required for damage or breakages.
We strongly advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance. Click on the link for a free holiday insurance quote. www.guestfirst.co.uk
Please note: The Byre and Cart Shed are adjacent to each one another and can either be booked independently or together if being used by a large group. Together they sleep up to 12 people.
